How can I try Pintura for free?

To try out Pintura you can install use the test version on npm, or use one of the many example projects on the installation page.

How do you define a developer?

A developer is someone who is working directly or indirectly on a project that includes Pintura Image Editor. This means front-end developers, testers, designers, and also backend developers working on the business logic related to integrating Pintura Image Editor.

Where can I download the product?

After purchase an account is automatically created on the customer portal. You can then download all product releases from the releases menu on the customer portal.

How do I contact support?

All licenses include support as long as the subscription has not expired. Use the support form to submit a ticket. If your license has expired, please renew the license to receive further support.

How do I request a refund?

If you're not happy with your purchase, reach out to us within 60-day days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription you may continue to use your current version of Pintura Image Editor for life, but will receive no further updates or support after the yearly term has ended.

I forgot to cancel my subscription

No worries. We don't want to charge you for something you're not using. Reach out to us using the support form and we'll cancel your subscription and refund the renewal costs.

Where can I find my invoice?

You'll receive an invoice via email. Alternatively, you can find them in the Paddle Customer Portal, this page is accessible from the billing section in the customer portal.

What does perpetual license mean?

It means you can keep using Pintura even after your subscription expires. When it does, you only lose access to updates, support, and the private npm server.

Can I upgrade later?

You can upgrade from the Personal license to a Developer license and change the total number of developer seats in your Developer license, or add the video extension at a later point in time.
